i think it is of a piece in the sense that, you know, susan says they wanted a stable and predictable relation. What they got wasun le but predictable relationship. And this is predictable because i think hat he has had this feeling for a long time about russia. He wasn't in a position to do something about that back when bush was present,. Because russia was still not as strong as he has made it again 15 years later. Anso, you're right, he does have a big appetite.
