Are There Ways to Make Art in Public Spaces?

I think that what's particularly interesting to me, as a professional, and i wonder too, are there ways that we, you know, as a society can sel but more public spaces where people can go and make art? And in grifida becomes a public art installation, where it's not seen as vandalism or something illegal. We say, hey, these are designated spaces where anybody can do this. I don't know many parents who would be like, if they found out their son had this sudden expressive talent, would be like,. "Gho start with griffidi" But yet at the same time, from the hundreds of conversations i've had with artists and performers,
