The Chinese Response to the US Artemis Accord

China is looking to build its international lunar research station in the 2030s. Six countries and organizations have already signed cooperation agreements or letters of intent with China. Russia was stated as a joint founding partner back in 2021, when the blueprint for this was laid out. Xingling: It seems that China is very much the leader here.
