Do I Do This Workout or Not?
If you're feeling rundown, it's usually better to live to fight another day by modifying your work in some way. Push it to another day, shorten or slow the paces down or potentially abandon the workout altogether and just do strides and set. There is a window that is typically three to eight weeks out from your race day. That's when you want to be slightly more aggressive than you would at any other part of the cycle.
