The way that NGOs are set up makes it extremely difficult for them to deal with the fundamental problems of like poverty in this country. They're constantly fighting for grant revenue and for donations in order to keep their doors open. So we really wanted to build a way to assess, why do these institutions behave the way they do? And what can we regularly expect out of their behavior?
