Fabrice: Sometimes we're just warmed up and have to call it quits. I really encourage the use of the daily mood log in between sessions. You can do three, four, five times as much in a two hour session as you can in a 45 minute session. It actually would reduce the cost of therapy dramatically because most of the time patients don't even get started opening up until 40 minutes later.
