The more strategic the nature of the workth you do, the less important it is. The failure to serve and be service oriented comes a bigger issue in an implementation business. A client needs to love you at the beginning, then they're going toik, oh, can't believe this. Is hard to work with them. It's sort of like that. But if you had the opportunity to ask clients what they thought of working with you, their memories should be that while they really pressed the envelope, they really did what they said. They made us think in ways we never would ove.
