i don't think that what linda is saying is very a very well describes what's actually going on in the world. But it is important to understand the concept fourth generation warfare and fifth generation warfare, which i will talk about in a bit. The reason that we're losing is not because we are picking bad conflicts when we shouldn't be engaging at all.
