The Challenges in China?

We are still the early stages of this sort of secular shift. Two more start ups that everybody is an onterpurner will be the norm, not the exception. I think what we're seen with the late stage valuations is a lack of places to deploy capital. The best companies could go public but founders don't want to do it because they worry about short-term investors who aren't focused on long term investments. We have this very bad policy, in my opinion, of zero % real rates. There is nowhere to put capitalam, there is very little growth anywhere in the economy. Do you feel at a disadvantage as a gay man or woman? Yes and no.
