The Impact of Internal Conflict on Infra Structure

I imagine one of the quickest ways to take a stable country and basically destroy its economy, is to throw a bunch of internal conflict into the mix. Like that video that you described of the women trying to do yo or some sort of arobics, whell there's military tanks rolling down the road. It just so perfectly gives a visual of essentially how impossible it is to maintain normalcy when you've got all this intense internal conflict in the country. And the situation is currently ripe for a massive humanitarian crisis on the levels that we're seeing in other countries as well,. especially in gards to food and fuel, thanks to the war in ukraine.
