How to Set Up a Mailing List for Authors
Mailing lists are a list of names that you've collected and email addresses. These are people who are interested in what it is tha you're doing. You keep in touch with these people via your own news letter, your own mailing list software. And the main reason that you need to do that is because all those other connections that you're making with them don't really belong to you. The thing about a news letter is that you have a kind of exclusivety that you can't even if you're blogging on your own platform.
