Stephanie: I can't imagine that not eating any fiber whatsoever is also a good idea. A lot of the micronutrients are found in plants, and you don't really get them in animal proteins. So if you don't train the fuel, you down regulate the ability to use fuel when you actually want to use it. And just think of how cranky you're going to be after.
