The Importance of Emotions in Moral Decision Making

Emotions are a prerequisite for really understanding the relevant information about making a moral judgment. What would it be like not to have emotions? It's possible that some people feel nothing about anything. Are those people fully human do you think? I don't think so because they lack certain capacities for learning.
