Washington state is one of 23 states in the US that are committed to meeting climate change goals. Governor: "We're not only the best, most beautiful, most economically productive state, but we're the most humble state in the United States" But emissions haven't fallen all that much in Washington state since you've been governor - if anything, transport emissions have gone up.
