What Does Engineering Security Culture Mean for You?
Security is something that is part of the engineering process. It's not an afterthought or a boat on, it's something that you do in there. The first thing we did was all about awareness and understanding why we're doing this. And then I did a presentation the year after and the presentation was how to hack TIRO. That made it more real because what we started off with was when we did training for everybody,. We did the old, top 10 training and everyone does that as a basic way.
