In Omikron you're talking about having to vaccinate 7,300 people over the age of 80 to prevent one COVID death and that is a number when I tell patients that most of those patients would say no thank you doctor that's not for me right yeah. The fact that the trials are run by the companies that have this perverse incentive is of course a jaw dropping discovery but then there's even one layer deeper i wonder what if you have thoughts on this.
