The Importance of Running
In order to get good at running, you need to run. If it's just one or two sessions per week that you want to substitute with any kind of cross training that you enjoy, that's great. It can work even better than just going out running and forcing it if you don't feel like it, for example. We're not looking at achieving a certain knowledge every week,. Even though it's important to understand that, you know, we're runners, we need to run, and we should not forget about it.
