In sonoma county mermendicino county, there's a solution in place where they're trying to manage reservoirs differently. And for the rest of the state, that hasn't caught on yet. Down in san jose, they have another solution in place, where they want to recycle a lot more water. It has happened in some places in southern california, but on the large scale, it's not happening. The reason is because it's really expensive to recycle water.
