When people are late or they say they're going to show up at a certain time and they show up 30 minutes later, I get triggered. One of the reasons I get triggered is there's a feeling of abandonment. As you feel into the emotion, you allow that energy to come up and you allow yourself to release it. And you let whatever attachments you have in your reality be a permission slip for you to feel into something you weren't aware of before.
