What Are Some Fun Things to Do When Dating Someone?
If i feel ik i'vebeen on my phone for too long, i will put that shit down and i'll cook something. That helps a lot because it's like knowing, o i've been doing this for too long. But then having something to go do that really helps im. Watching documentaries has helped me get off my phone,. Even though I'm still staring at a screen, it's different because i'm not engaging in the matrix of social media which i think is the main bad thing for my brain. Like watching an interesting documentary. It is not harmful to me. And it makes me feel good after, because i'm like, damn, like i know more about this
