I think in our in our little company, we do pretty well being non-hierarchical. And I still feel very much like the three of us are all autonomous individuals. So that all is really fascinating and just completely sort of disregarding that or tossing that aside is scary. But it's also empowering that the potential for that is there. You can create the relationship that you want, whatever that looks like,. though all the relationships in your life can be of meaning.
