i actually like impostors antrom because it keeps you grounded. I'm always double checking and making shure things are really what they should be. One piece of advice that i've given people over and over, make sure that you get paid before you start the work. So as soon as my my colleagues deliver the work, they get paid right away. Ah, it's a guarantee that i give. I give a guarantee of a excellence to the client, and i give a guarantees of being paid on time every time to my collaborators. This way everyone feels that oist is going to be their priority, because they won't have to wait or two months for them to get paid
