The Threat to Abortion Access in the United States

Texas is considering a bill that would block access to information about abortion online. It's the most far-reaching attempt to date to limit how easily people can learn about abortion access in the U.S. The law could essentially sidestep at least some of these protections by enlisting citizens to police content on social media sites and ISPs. But platforms may not be able to rely on Section 230, which protects them from being held liable for their users' speech.
