The Importance of Predicting War
I saw basically how everything was really moving in 1985 at offices in Geneva. We were all dealing with the OPEC countries back then. The money and the talent started to move towards Japan. And it got into, it began to teach me even how it was predicting war. In June of 98, we had a conference in London where I stood up and the model was saying that Russia was going to collapse in about 30 days.
