This summer, we've been reading Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport.
I read this book last summer and I loved coming back to some of the concepts and ideas he shares. I like his research-y writing approach and the things he includes from other fields to help us contemplate our relationship with digital media and social media platforms and the way we use technology.
