Is the Secretary of State Going to Change the Law?

The Secretary of State tweeted a message at lunchtime today that suggests he is not about to change his mind on another assembly election. If the executive is not reformed by midnight tomorrow into Friday, so if the parties will not reform, I will call in the election was what he tweeted. There's no sign of legislation in Westminster to change that course of action. Do you think that is inevitably the direction we are set upon and does Chris Hieton-Harris understand what that will mean for politics in Northern Ireland if he goes down that road?
