We have a couple wind turbines on a few farms. We think we will be very likely to do some solar opportunities in the future. That's count of the beautiful thing about land, the ultimate optionality. If for some reason it becomes profitable to grow melons for renewable energy source, somebody can go out and do that. The land is just the option to go and grow something that is most profitable for the farmer and the land owner. And i'm not sure whathy actually do, but they make 70 thousand dollars a year. But this is an interesting segway. I didn't think we here, but, ah, how often are you guys doing sor of alternative sources yield
