Is Social Media Changing the Way We Make Policy Decisions?
I don't know whether the kind of you know social media yes it gives people a kind of a forum but what we also hear is that we have all of these kind of parallel the parallel universes. There's lots of evidence internationally that when we give more agency to local decision making bodies so at the city level or at the regional level they can be successful. I think one thing I just going to seize on that you mentioned that I think is a perhaps a bit more of a positive story is there’s lots of evidence international that when we giving more agency tolocal decision making bodies they're much more decentralized power to do real stuff.
