Kessunga: I want to thank you, Regina, for sending this question to us. We are sending you all the love and care because the the hurt and the pain is so apparent in your voice. It sounds like something or some circumstance or someone has really hurt you. And it's something that is still with you. So oftentimes when we do show up for ourselves and we do all the things, the yoga, the journaling, the meditating, it is exhausting. But it doesn't mean to stop. You know, and from what you're saying, you've been doing this for years. The practice is not about getting rid of the hurt but ignoring the hurt
