The Most Challengesome Part of Self Pacing in Education?
Self-pacing is the part that most folks are least experienced with, but it's the part that makes the model come to life. There are some motivation challenges when you introduce something new in a classroom. And i like to think of they're sort of like situation motivation, and then their sort of conditioned motive. I was surprised how often students weren't doing work not sarily because they thought class was stupid, or they were unmotivated - just simply didn't know what to do.
