Do You Know What the Ohio Landlord Tenant Law Is?
If your landlord is a professional landlord, which it sounds like there may be, most states have very clear landlord tenant laws. Your best bet is to check what the oho landlord tenant law is. There should be a handbook available to both landlords and tenants where you are able to read what the landlord was required to do in terms of proper inspection and proper notice. If they've not followed the law in ohio on a proper move anda, move out inspection, in which case they are not entitled to keep money if they've not complied with the law required of landlords.
