Ripple and the SEC Assert Jurisdiction Over Crypto as Securities

Rant-R-P just started flying. It was up, I think, initially the highest point was something like 79%. And part of the reason it's a huge win is you got a hundred plus actions by the SEC asserting jurisdiction over crypto as securities. So there's a lot that they and other companies can do with what the courts have given them. That's number one. Number two, if you just look at the area where they say it's not a security, it gives them a lot of running room to do things with retail.
