Is There a Criminality in Bitcoin?

Custodial mixurs have, historically, been set that they're treated as criminal entities. I don't know of any cases where users specifically have been a had cases brought against them but the operators have. And it's important to keep in mind that in bitcoin land, and we're goin to keep bringing this back to bitcoin and maybe manera a little bit.
