A lot of the practices that we use are deterministic practices, meaning we can forecast using averages and relative estimation. That type of answer of when will it be done or how many things could be done by a certain date is always given with a determinist answer. So what we're saying is let's assume that we don't know what's going to happen in the future. How do we have to act when it comes to value? What should we do when it Comes to delivery? Both of those things, assuming we don't knows what’s going to happen.
