The Relationship Between the Lower Level and the Upper Level
The people at the bottom have this kind of camaraderie and you know, they're working together. Whereas like the people at the top are like nasty, whatever. It reminds me of in there's an example in the book where there are the managers who are actually managing the workers. The way you're describing the lower level people sounds to me like how the higher level people describe the lowerlevel people.
