Marketing is in all organizations responsible for top of the funnel changes. Sales is also just like a motion to bring accounts on the revenue sheet and then we don't touch them anymore. My biggest nightmare is to see matrix organizations, which are separating people by function. The idea that we only measure individual performance is feels very outdated.
