I find when I'm static, the static's a nice way to describe being very still. If I have a day in the office just sat at my desk, I have to actually stand up quite a few times because I feel like an old lady. When I go to the cinema or the theatre, I get real pains in my knees. You can't really stretch out your legs unless you've gone to a premium cinema and bought the expensive seats. That's the thing I hate most about flying as well. if I don't have the aisle seat, I mean the window, I can't stretch my legs properly. My partner bought me a standing desk one Christmas, but it's not
