Julie says she has a friend who's six four, and some of her beliefs are self limiting. Tom: I think the only way of self limiting lef turns into a self empowering belief is when you confront it,. She gasped, it's not all about me. You get to decide what you believe. When i was little, i didn't like getting in trouble so i made up a belief that said being polite was safe and being bold was dangerous.
