How to Communicate With the Deal Team After Closing
The first thing to realize is as excited as you are about having a 100-day plan, there's a lot of fatigue by the time you get a deal done. So close the deal and figure out how you're going to verify the things that you felt you verified or were sure of during the diligence process. There's going to be more nuances to this than you thought that it was going to be. And so part of it is engaging with the deal team to figure out how to get yourself insinuated into the portfolio.
