Is Patience Integral to Pastoral Ministry?

This week marks nine years that i've been in russel, kima, united air bemrets ah, the lord. And all of you guys have had to learn something about patience, i think it's probably fair to say, right. I mean, all christians are called to be patient, absolutely. But why is it integral to the very job description of a pastor? Anyview? Pastoral ministry involves planting seeds. That's what our ministry is, josh mark, it's nourishing. It describes acting and waiting and praying.
