Fed Tightening Is Stimulative

Jeff, can you please reply to the MMT argument that fed tightening is stimulative so Jeff I gave you a heads up before we came on that we had sat down with more and most lower yesterday. And he was suggesting that he thinks that Fed rate hikes are actually stimulative because they're paying higher interest rates. Any thoughts on that does that seem plausible to you? Well, it seems like a lot of things with MMT it seems plausible when you break it down into a narrow case and you say ceteris paribus.
