How to Measure Quantum Space Time

The idea is that if those quantum fluctuations accumulate over long times, then we can observe them. So what makes quantum fluctuations add up to make a macroscopic effect and what makes them not because sometimes they don't. And so what kind of models of quantum space time is a sensitive to generally any kind of model where space time has quantum fluctuations or only specific sort of kinds of ideas.
