The Angular CLI and the CSS Framework

There's no built-in state management primitives at all? In Angular? I mean, there are some primitives that make it easier for you to do a state management system. But the thing is the React community, they got used to this idea of choosing for an up-to-nated answer for everything. So even though we don't have something like that baked in, when every time that we have something like this, generally there's one solution that rises to the top and everybody uses that. It's either my app or it's not.
