Is There a Way to Stop Copyrighting?

Law and courts are lags so far behind technology that it might be years before this gets dealt with. The big company that's got all their IP stolen, you know, from their perspective, stolen and used to feed an AI model, they're not going to be happy. And I think like setting aside new legislation that will eventually come along within the existing laws, I think you could win a case against one of these companies. If Disney decided they wanted to go after a lens or stable diffusion ... probably has a license that says you can never use these for commercial.
