The Effects of Vitamins and Minerals on Blood Levels

The research supports that a lot of people are getting enough if they convert to carotenoids good well. If you've been taking B6 recently and the B6 is elevated, I don't think it means anything. The tingling could be from the B6. Might not give B6. Main test would be if the prenatal vitamin goes away and the tingling goes away then it probably was something the prenatal vitamin. And if B6 was elevated, B6 goes down, B6 would be a candidate for explaining why.
