The main thesis of my new book that's coming out, and i guess five or six months, whenever they'e trie to announce it, is that post modernity generates its own distinctive time consciousness. Thats an trines the ne liberal subject as ayof trying to gain a kind of authenticity within the context of post mediarnity. But i'm also critical of it by saying that what we need to do is move away from a phenomonlogical time consciousness to one that's more dialectical,. ar historically minded, if you want to call it that.
