Captain Scott's Dilemma

On the first all female expedition to the North Pole, every woman involved was given eight four penguins per day. They were sponsored by McVitties and one of the women said they were told to eat four penguins a day. The two-year optics solely to mince them up and eat them are cruel. And that's why they haven't sent women back to North Pole. This is, of course, biscuit penguins. What year was this, by the way? It was 1997. So I've got a question for you. Remembering what was happening in 1997 at the time, what do you think the handovers nicknamed 'frigid women' meant?
