It said, while there have been advancements in natural language processing and virtual assistance, teaching and learning a language involves a lot of human interaction. Empathy is the ability to feel someone else's feelings. A machine does not understand empathy. It doesn't know how to empathize the verb. Another thing here is nuanced communication. Sentence is like really hidden meanings that depend on context. If sentence has some nuance, it has some subtle changes depending on how you look at it.
