I think we absolutely do believe that Curiosity can be learned. The Venetian Republic was committed to creating itself almost as a machine for exploration. Novartis has been on a culture journey now for two years and the number one priority is unleashing the power of our people. I'm very interested in social cultures who organise themselves around Curiosity too, of which we talk about in the book. And it would be fair to say that curiosity is essentially a simple rule for complex times.
