Is Assange a Crime?
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been indicted on espionage charges in the U.S. He is accused of publishing government secrets and exposing war crimes and torture. The New York Times, four other major European news organizations who worked with WikiLeaks to publish State Department cables have called for him to be released. CNN's John Defterios asks Justice Department if they are considering dropping the charges against Assange.
